Terms and Conditions.
1. Overview
Prior to purchasing any products or services from Monika Pawsey Art please carefully read through the below terms and conditions. By purchasing through this website you agree to these terms.
2. Online Ordering
All Monika Pawsey Art products are uniquely handmade and therefore one of a kind. Purchases of more of the product can be arranged by contacting Monika directly.
Please check that all details are correct when placing the order to ensure a quick turnaround and delivery.
Should the purchaser wish to cancel an online order, an email should be sent as soon as possible. If that order has been shipped it is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the order and pay for the cost of the return.
All photographs that appear on this website reflect, as accurately as possible the actual size and colour of all items. Screen resolution on different computers can affect how the colours are displayed.
3. Prices
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars $AUD, and are subject to change.
4. Domestic Shipping
Deliveries depending on size, are either sent by standard post using Australia Post or via Sendle. All deliveries will be sent without insurance. Insurance will be at an additional cost to the purchaser.
All online orders are packaged and shipped within two business days after payment is received.
Shipping over $150 is free of charge. Shipping under $150 will incur a $15 fee.
Once the order is shipped, an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the purchaser. The order can be tracked on the shipping company’s website.
Delivery times will vary from state to state and during the current pandemic it may take longer than usual. Express delivery can be chosen when finalising the online order.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and address details as part of the ordering process. If the order is delivered to the incorrect location the responsibility lies with the purchaser. Monika Pawsey Art will not be held responsible if the address stated during the ordering process is incorrectly entered.
5. International Shipping
Please email info@monikapawseyart.com.au for the most up to date pricing and delivery timeframe for any international shipping requests. Monika Pawsey Art will use Australia Post for all overseas orders.
6. Discount Codes
At times Monika Pawsey Art will offer its customers discount codes. These codes will be sent via email or a social media platform. The terms associated with the discount code will have a set timeframe.
From time to time, Monika Pawsey Art will run promotions which are subject to both these Terms & Conditions and any additional Promotion Term & Conditions. Promotion Terms & Conditions may include conditions with respect to selected products, order periods, purchase methods, and minimum spend requirements. Promotion Terms and Conditions will be available on the website. By submitting an Order and redeeming the promotional offer, the purchaser agrees to and accepts the Promotional Terms & Conditions of the applicable promotion(s).
7. Product Warranty
All Monika Pawsey Art products come with a 3 month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Should a product be faulty due to the handmade process, it will be replaced at no cost to the purchaser.
Our warranty does not cover:
Usual wear and tear which includes discolouration or tarnishing
Accidents or improper use
Any changes made to the product after purchase
8. Gift Vouchers
Monika Pawsey Art offers gift cards that are only to be used for purchases made on the Monika Pawsey Art website.
Under the Australian Consumer Law all Monika Pawsey Art gift cards will come with a three year expiry date.
9. Returns
If the purchaser is not be satisfied with the online purchase, Monika Pawsey Art will happily offer an exchange, store credit or refund if the items ordered are returned within 14 days after delivery. This does not apply to gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in the same condition as on receipt and in the original packaging.
Once the items are delivered back, Monika Pawsey Art will inspect the items and should they be in the same condition as on receipt, a refund or exchange will be granted.

The purchaser is responsible for any charges incurred due to the return of the order to Monika Pawsey Art.
10. Faulty Items
Should the purchaser find a fault with any items in the order, the purchaser should email info@monikapawseyart.com.au and advise what the fault is. A faulty product email confirmation will be sent to the purchaser who will then return the product to Monika Pawsey Art for review. If the product is defective an exchange or return will be processed. Reimbursement for part or full shipping costs will be made depending on whether the product was part of a larger order or not.
Items that have been tampered with and used will not be approved for an exchange or return.
